  Overall have a good time BUT the server had already put 15% service charges when the bill arrived. When he took my card and gave me back the machine, it already asked me for my PIN number. I have never seen this situation before and it made me feel like I was paying the tips out of my willingness.

  Accidentally showed up on the night of a hockey game, but the service was quick. The calamari was incredible as a starter, but my main was a bust. The ravioli was overcooked mush covered in a thick glob of bland cheese. There were about eleven ravioli, so thankfully I didn't have to eat too many. However, it was overpriced for the amount of mush that was in my steaming hot plate/bowl. The only good thing about the food was the starter. I would have given two stars, but the service made me bump my rating up to three.

  Food is excellent. Service is great. I find the dining area very noisy. Its the only flaw.

  Food at this location has been consistently good but service has been noticeably slow during several visits.
  
  Most recently went for lunch and spent about an hour and a half even when we ordered from the lunch menu. Would happily return for a dinner when the timeframe isn't as tight.
