  This has to be hands down the worst McDonalds ever. I thought the one on Maloney was bad but this one is unbeliveable. There must have been 20 of us waiting to get our order, the man beside us told us he had been waiting for 20 minutes. We were fortunate to wait 15 minutes. When you use the new menu boards to order yourself it clearly states by the number we are english. They do not call the numbers in english nor does the board say what number they are calling not to mention how rude they were. If this business is owned by one person they better take a look at how their staff are treating the customers.

  You never get what you order. Even the basic mayonnaise and bacon in the morning BLT. It seems so hard to be competent at that Mcdonalds. Idiots!

  This is the worst location in Canada. I have literally been in a location that has had junkies shoot up in the bathroom and was better than this. These people have 0 respect for orders, accuracy, or customers. McDonald's should shut this place down or completely restructure the staff.

  I couldn't believe the rudeness of the girl that served us when we ordered breakfast. When I tried to give my order in "English", she interrupted to tell me that she did not speak English and didn't get "anyone else" to serve us. My husband speaks very little French so he tried his best to order in French - she was impatient. Worst of all: She totally messed up my order & only found out when I got home - We have never been back since....this was in January.

  My son and I were served Big Macs splatted in human blood. One of the kitchen staff had bleeding wounds on his arms and hands. He was escorted from the kitchen. Your 20 minute waits, poor service, anglo hate and messed up orders seem quaint and lovely compared to my experience.
