  What can I say,It's starbucks. The girl was in the process of making my drink when a single order came up from The drive thru so she put mine aside to make the one drink for the drive thru. When I asked one of the other three employees if this was common practice they could not answer me because they were too busy trying to look busy.

  Twice in a row where my sister an I ordered two different beverages and got what tasted like watered down coffee.
  
  We had to go inside to exchange our drinks, which they did with great customer service.
  
  They just need better trainning on how to make the great beverages. That and cleaning their appliances because I had a Cinnamon Dolce that tasted like cherries when the Cascara latte came out

  Only two staff were on and one was solely dedicated to the drive through customers. We chose to go inside after waiting ten minutes without moving in the car. We then waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken by the poor girl who was basically doing everything on her own. This seems to be normal at this location. Never happens at other Starbucks.
