  I really love East Side Mario's food however, the service is absolutely terrible. We have been there 4 times and every single time the service was bad. I do not understand how the manager cannot see this?

  First time at this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 35min to get our drinks. Over one hour to get our appetizers that is 13$ wings happen to be exactly 7small pieces.They were cold and no dip. 1.5 hour to get a Pizza that tasted like the frozen pizza from the supermarket.
  
  Long story short. Avoid this place.

  Was a regular for 2+ years and knew most waiters/waitresses. Until one night, we got (literally) impolite service. We paid our drink and left (without ordering supper as we were planning). Cherry on top: the waitress didn't even show up for us to pay the bill ($8 two drinks)… she sent the manager. The staff has switched around a lot in the past 6 months. I think they lost a lot of their good employees. Too bad ... I used to love that place.
