  Ordered a large Pizza for pick up asking for no onions. Got home and yes tons of onions so I called asking for a replacement. Since I was close I figured they would deliver a replacement. Right, they made an error.
  
  No. Since some of my guests had gone throught half their pieces before I got to mine they wouldn't replace it because it wasn't complete. How are we supposed to know it's wrong if we don't eat it. Plus what would they do with the returned pizza, sell it back to another customer!
  
  I've been in retail for a long time and this is the worst way you can treat a customer. Have been a customer for 12 years but no more

  TERRIBLE. I ordered, for delivery, a Club Sandwich with fries and Spaghetti with cheese at 5:29 p.m. on May 1, 2017. I called at 6:30 p.m. to ask if my delivery had left the restaurant. I cited my address. I was told that it should not take so long and my delivery had left the restaurant. My food arrived 5 minutes later. I paid and brought the food inside. Unfortunately, the Club Sandwhich and fries was stone cold. The Spaghetti with cheese was room temperature. The Spaghetti can easily be reheated but not the fries. I immediately called the restaurant. I said the Club Sandwich with fries was cold and asked what they would do for me. The manager told me that it was normal that the Club Sandwich and fries were cold and the delivery man had only one other delivery stop before mine. I said that I did not believe this. I was also informed that I would not know since I had never ordered from them before. This I said was not true. I asked that he send back a new, Club Sandwich with warm fries. He refused at first since they were too busy. I insisted and he said yes. The Club Sandwich with fries arrived 15 minutes later, warm. I received a call from the manager later asking why I had not returned the old Club Sandwich. I said he should have asked for this on the phone as it was in the garbage when the delivery person arrived. He again lied by stating he had told me this on the phone. The manager stated I could not order again from the restaurant as clients like me were not wanted. Just to say: I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
