  Closest place to home so we stopped in for breakfast. Waitress was nice and we were offered coffee frequently (though the cream on the table was warm and curdled) but the food must have been the most unappetizing thing I have ever paid money for. The "steak and eggs" were a mess of undercooked onions and green pepper with a fatty chunk of leather. (I regret not taking a picture for proof) My over easy eggs were okay but the garnish of iceberg lettuce and dried out grapes was quite strange. I don't think we will be back for breakfast. Maybe the pizza is better. Overall pretty disappointing.

  Today My Hubby and I went in for lunch and normally the food is awesome.
  We ordered pork chop meal and my meal was covered in gravy over the potatoes and pork and no one had previously told us there was gravy on all. I do not like gravy but instead of returning it to the kitchen and wasting the food, I eat around the gravy...and gave 1 pork chop to my Hubby as he did not mind the gravy.
  When we explained to the waitress when she asked how was your meal she apologized but added no comfort and in fact told me well it is my first day here.
  We normally love the great food and awesome owner/staff but today I was not pleased at all.
  I(we) believe that people should be told about gravies/additives to a foods upon ordering.
  Hopefully this doesn't happen again...I will surely ask as we will go back cuz we normally love all dishes served to us and the staff is usually quite great too.
  The owner use to be in the restaurant lots but we have hardly seen him lately...to bad cuz he runs the place very well and is an awesome chef.
