  The Staff here are SO friendly and accommodating. Both my husband and I have become daily customers, which means that our dog goes with at least one of us in the drive-through. The Staff now recognize and welcome her ! They recognize our voices (husband and my) and so our regular orders are prepared right away. The only problem with this location is the machinery - the poor staff have to deal with the complicated coffee makers being broken. Mind you, they are managed well - they are allowed to compensate customers, e.g. a card for a free coffee.

  The lack of sour cream glazed timbits is a crime against.. uh... well.. the spirit of Tim Horton. Not the first time the timbits selection was dismal. For everything else, it's a clean Timmies with other offerings which I presume are of standard quality given the high number of customers. It's a Tim Hortons.
